Health, Safety & Compliance:
. Ensure the facility complies with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, Fire

. Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments.
. Act as the primary point of contact for emergency preparedness and response, including creating and implementing emergency procedures.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling programs.
Space Management & Projects:
. Plan and coordinate office moves, additions, and changes to the workspace (office ergonomics).
. Assist in managing space allocation and layout planning to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee small to medium-scale construction and renovation projects on time and within budget.
Required:
. Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of [e.g., 5+ years] in facility management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, operations, and maintenance.
