Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security education, training, and awareness program.
Successfully complete Personnel Security Clearance actions including follow-up actions with personnel and data migration within DISS/NBIS.
Develop and implement required security documentation to include SPPs, OPSEC plans, CONOPS, desktop instructions, and more.
Support security requirements for proposal activities and generating tailored proposal responses and Basis of Estimate (BOE).
Enhance the Insider Threat Program and develops training for team members and workforce.
Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
Successfully plan and perform security inspections, including self-inspections, CSA inspections, and internal inspections, as required.
Collaborate and consult with the Contracts Department to ensure compliance with all prime and subcontractor security requirements, including the completion, dissemination, and tracking of all DD254s.
Conduct security self-inspections, apply risk mitigation methodologies, support customer assessments, and implement security measures to meet requirements.
Work collaboratively with Physical Security personnel and assist when needed for badging for employees, subcontractors, and others.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant FSO experience in lieu of degree.
Eight (8) plus years of experience as a security professional with at least five (5) years as a certified FSO.
Current Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret.
Working knowledge of government support systems (NISS, DISS, NBIS, e-APP)
Demonstrated knowledge and functional understanding of the 32 CFR Part 117- NISPOM and the ability to administer policy, procedures and workforce training.
Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion in a deadline driven environment.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills to include written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Current Active Top Secret clearance.
Working knowledge of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Programs and/or Special Access Programs (SAPs) and familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD).
Familiarity with Trusted Supplier security requirements and the ability to implement programs.
ISP Certification.
Knowledge of sensitive government information (CUI) policies and implementation of protective measures.
Familiarity with ISSM/ISSO relevant duties for IT collaboration
The annual salary range for California is $123,200 to $228,800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
