Research and identify activities to connect with personas including users, managers, and executives (relevant associations, events, social outreach)
Nurture existing leads through digital content, events, and other persona-based marketing methods, supporting program tactics such as personalized web pages, social outreach, and email nurture campaigns
Manage the marketing calendar to ensure that all major events, webinars, and related programs are documented and communicated to internal teams
Track and report on event and program performance, including registration, attendance, and lead engagement metrics
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English or Writing
A minimum of 2 years' marketing-related experience in B2B
An understanding of online/offline events/program management specifically around webinar management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proactive and curious, comfortable asking questions and learning new tools or processes
Ability to travel up to 25%
