Cadence is seeking a sales leader for major accounts to drive focused and collaborative sales engagements. This is an excellent opportunity to help drive revenue and market share for Cadence EDA, Design Services, HW, and IP portfolios while building a deeper collaboration between Cadence and the defined major accounts globally.
Responsibilities:
Lead relationships with major strategic accounts, define a clear account strategy, and execute account plans with a global technical sales team.
Identify partnership areas to drive sales with consistent YoY growth.
Drive deep collaborations to gain revenue and market share for Cadence EDA, Design Services, HW, and IP portfolio.
Hands-on account management, actively engaged in winning market share and securing large deals.
Build senior client relationships and become a "trusted advisor" to C-level customers.
Demonstrate the value of the Cadence solutions, negotiate, and close complex contracts.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and exceed quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets.
Present strategic account plans, forecasts, and business requests to senior-level and executive-level management internally.
Set priorities and coordinate resources across Cadence business units, including Application Eng, Product Eng, R&D
