Proven Track record of successful technical communication with prospect and customer
Deep understanding of Cadence product and industry trend (for newcomer, verify that it is something done in their past experience)
Support and exchanges with local agents
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
The annual salary range for California is $102,900 to $191,100. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
