    Job responsibilities:

    • Level and role

    T3 - Lead Technical Communication Engineer

    • Skills

    • Degree in Technical Communications, Engineering, or Computer Science at a graduate or post-graduate level./Equivalent

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience or Relavent as a technical writer.

    • Proficiency in XML and DITA standards.

    • Familiarity with documentation and related tools, including Oxygen XML Author (required), MS Word (required), MS Visio (required), Adobe Acrobat (required), JIRA (desired), and Atlassian Confluence (preferred).

    • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

    • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with good decision-making skills.

    • Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing.
