    Position summary

    gn challenges using Cadence's software portfolio.

    • Develop high-quality CAE models to support Proof-of-Concept engagements, demonstrating robust pre- and post-processing capabilities.

    • Conduct software evaluations, benchmarks, and in-depth technical discussions to improve customer productivity and decision-making.

    • Deliver on-site and virtual training sessions, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to support sales and customer success initiatives.

    • Develop automation scripts within Cadence products to streamline and optimize customer CAE workflows.

    • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge collateral to support customer education and self-service adoption.

    • Proactively identify opportunities to expand and proliferate Cadence product usage within customer environments.

    • Communicate customer requirements, feedback, and insights from support engagements to R&D and Marketing teams to influence product direction and continuous improvement.

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

    • 3+ years of experience in CAE model development and finite element analysis using industry-standard solvers such as MSC Nastran, LS-DYNA, Abaqus etc.

    • Hands-on experience with ANSA and META in aerospace, automotive, turbomachinery, or marine applications.

    • Knowledge of additional pre/post/solver technology workflows is an added plus.

    • Experience with scripting languages such as Python; demonstrated scripting capability is a strong plus.

    • Prior OEM product development experience is highly desirable.

    • Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    • High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

    • Proven team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to propose and implement process improvements in an evolving environment.

    • Willingness and ability to travel and work at customer sites throughout North America.
