Sr Finance Manager

ed by internal and external auditors including SOX 404 requirements.

• Finance support for other cross functional needs; Tax, Corp Accounting, Legal, OM, OA, Product Reporting, Sales Ops etc.

• Proactively look for opportunities to improve control and processes and to automate.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience. CPA and/or MBA a plus.

• Prior experience in a technology company

• Advanced Excel skills to develop and manage various financial models.

• High degree of ethics and attention to details.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skill and ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional teams.

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines.

• Public accounting experience or experience working in a publicly traded company is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of revenue accounting and ASC 606 is preferred.

The annual salary range for California is $140,000 to $260,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
