    Position summary

    s strategy that drives business growth for Cadence mechanical related products in China. You will be a key team member to address the customer needs of China mechanical related CAE market in various industries, primarily Automotive & Industrial equipment, leveraging Cadence leadership in Electronics within all industries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts to drive sales with solid and consistent YoY growth.

    • Take personal responsibilities with key strategic accounts. Develop win-win relationships in a mutual collaborative environment at the customer side.

    • Implement Solution Selling and Strategic Selling methodology within the Sales team

    • Establish an effective methodology to identify and qualify prospective companies, establish relationships with the right decision makers and grow the mechanical related CAE products business

    • Work with field technical team to deliver solutions specific to each prospect and customer

    • Build customer relationships and become a "trusted advisor"

    Skills and Experience required:

    • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business or related

    • 10+ years of Sales experience in selling mechanical related CAE products and services; and work experience in those international CAE players is preferred

    • Team player with a track record of success in driving new logo/add-on deals.

    • Relationship-driven sales professional with technical acumen to identify customer needs

    • Excellent communication skills - oral, written and presentation

    • Frequent travel required
