on and modification of building equipment systems & assists with repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC.
Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety laws and maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $54,080 annually [or $26 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $62,400 annually [or $30.00 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
