    Position summary

    Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Order materials and supplies to finish the tasks.

    • Assigns new work orders to team and reviews open work orders confirming with technicians work will be completed on time, update client systems as needed.

    • Arranges for subcontractors as needed. Coordinates and inspects the work performed by outside contractors.

    • Maintains an energy management program to make sure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.

    • Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

    • Implements a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.

    What You'll Need:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated ability in complete building operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks. Possess skills to functionally operate a "full size" van/truck.

    • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.

    • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
