Apply expert knowledge of company programs and integrate processes to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
What you'll need
Bachelor's Degree in a science related field required, such as, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering. Or a Bachelor's Degree in a science related field such as, Chemistry, Biology or Microbiology, with specializations in mechanical, industrial, or civil engineering.
Master's Degree in a science related field is desired, such as, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering. Or a Master's Degree in a science related field such as, Chemistry, Biology or Microbiology, with specializations in mechanical, industrial, or civil engineering.
Previous experience is required (5-7yrs) within a highly regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or heavy industries such as oil & gas, automotive, or aircraft manufacturing.
Desired experience of (4-6yrs) in pharmaceutical manufacturing with emphasis on facilities, utilities, and equipment qualifications, reliability, and preventative & corrective maintenance.
Certifications desired in Green or Black Belt Six Sigma Certification Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality assurance principles.
Familiarity with relevant industry legislation, building code regulations, and guidelines.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
