What You'll Need:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. • 4+ years of commercial chief or supervisory level experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting

• EPA Universal License preferred. Additional certification in one or more of the following: electrical, plumbing or carpentry. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.

• Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs. Must have the ability to operate an EMS and CMMS system. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to prioritize different projects and make decisions.
