lack Belt Lean Six Sigma Trainer to join our organization. This role is dedicated to designing, delivering, and coaching Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training programs. The Trainer will interface directly with other Black Belts, Master Black Belts, and candidates enrolled in certification programs, ensuring a strong pipeline of trained professionals equipped to drive measurable improvement across the business. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining advanced Black Belt-level content, including modules covering complex statistical analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Facilitation
o Deliver engaging Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green, and Black Belt training sessions, workshops, and certification programs.
o Develop and maintain training materials, case studies, and exercises tailored to the organization's needs.
o Build advanced Black Belt-level training content, including modules in advanced statistics, experimental design, regression modeling, hypothesis testing, and statistical process control.
Coaching & Mentorship
o Guide candidates as they complete belt projects, ensuring proper use of LSS tools and automation techniques.
o Offer ongoing 1:1 and group coaching to help candidates progress toward certification and achieve project success.
o Collaborate with other BBs and MBBs who will funnel candidates into training, ensuring alignment on program standards and candidate readiness.
Program Support
o Manage the certification pipeline of Yellow, Green, Black Belt candidates, maintaining training schedules, progress tracking, and certification records.
o Ensure consistency of methodology and quality across all training and coaching activities.
o Support enterprise-wide improvement capability by maintaining a strong training culture and candidate experience.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical discipline (Master's preferred).
o Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt a plus).
o 7+ years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable outcomes.
o Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs, including advanced statistical topics.
o Experience building tiered or progressive certification programs (preferred).
o Deep expertise in statistics, data analysis, and experimental design.
o Strong facilitation, presentation, and adult learning expertise.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
o Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire candidates at different stages of learning.
o Skilled communicator with the ability to explain complex statistical methods
• Passionate about teaching and empowering others.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on certifying candidates and developing enterprise improvement talent.
• Collaborative, working closely with other BBs and MBBs to maintain program quality.
• Adaptable to evolving training needs and continuously enhancing training content, particularly in advanced statistics
