delivering outstanding client service, fostering long-term client relationships, and driving the successful adoption and utilization of CCC products and solutions. This role combines expertise in digital solutions, casualty claims, customer service, and product training to support client performance and satisfaction across an assigned territory. The consultant collaborates closely with internal stakeholders—including Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Account Managers (AMs), and the sales team—to develop and implement service strategies aligned with both client and company business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary service contact for assigned customers, providing ongoing support and consultation
Conduct on-site and virtual visits to deliver proactive service, training, and performance reviews
Understand/conceptualize the technology behind digital solutions
Analyze insurance industry trends and client performance metrics to develop actionable insights and recommendations
Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate resolution with technical support and IT operations
Conduct CCC product demonstrations and training sessions for individuals and groups
Collaborate with internal teams to build and execute service plans tailored to client needs
Advocate for clients internally to ensure their feedback and concerns are addressed effectively
Promote retention and growth by identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and satisfaction
Build deep understanding of client claims processes to support optimization and drive results
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (required)
2-3 years of experience in IT consulting, software training, account management, or insurance casualty roles
Experience with 1st and/or 3rd party casualty claims (strong preference)
Strong knowledge of the insurance industry (preferred)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proven ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable trends
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Project management experience is a plus
