(FIRs) and oversee the used vehicle inventory collection at dealerships and audits of body shops within a multi-state territory to include: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.
The target salary for this role is $70,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train, onboard and terminate FIRs
Identify industry trends on vehicle configuration and create training guides
Document ongoing employee communications monthly at minimum
Perform quality assurance on work product of direct reports
Effectively market used vehicle dealerships to be part of the CCC Network
Manage travel expense within desired guidelines
Manage 5-7 departmental service levels
Ensure timeliness of data collection and quality checks
Optimize quantity and mix of inventory
Monitor FIR quality and timeliness of OEM audit guidelines
Limit FIR turnover
Manage 25 - 30 direct reports
Requirements:
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
2-3 years management experience in the service industry required
Travel may be up to 90% of the time typically within a multi-state territory
Ability to incur travel and business-related expenses with 2-3 weeks until reimbursement
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required
