Position summary

This is a key role that will manage the day-to-day implementation of operational activities at site to prepare for the implementation and cutover to the new Excalibur ways of working through the delivery and ongoing development of the Operations Readiness Playbook, liaising closely with the Site & Excalibur teams to ensure delivery.

Other key responsibilities will include:

Own and ensure delivery of the Playbook activities in order to prepare the site for Excalibur implementation.

Work closely with the SCM, Site Leadership, nominated colleagues, the Excalibur Project Team & IT to complete site readiness activities to time, quality and budget.

Specific accountability for delivering the Physical Site Preparation Workstream section of the Playbook Liaise with Site and Excalibur Project Teams to ensure that site resources are scheduled and available for testing, training, stock counts etc.

What your background should look like

We would value the following attributes:

  • Operational experience in AHUK preferred

  • Minimum 3 years operational experience in AH UK preferred, minimum 10 years ops experience overall.

  • Experienced team leader, used to line management and working within a matrix environment

  • Experienced in leading and supporting others through operational change; able to showcase personal resilience

  • Strong planning and delivery experience

  • Experienced at liaising with multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goal Willingness to learn new ways of working essential

The role will involve significant travel to the UK sites though flexible working and downtime will be supported.
