    Position summary

    • After operational needs for enhancements or system changes are assessed, define and assist in the development of technical requirements and specification for development and test.
    • Participation in joint meetings related to operations and maintenance of Core Financial Systems.
    • Supporting program schedule development.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role
    • Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science, Economics.
    • 4 years of total experience in assessing federal financial business processes, developing Momentum based system options, and/or implementation in all aspects of programming, planning, budgeting, execution and/or accounting.
    • 1 year years of demonstrated experience conducting analyses in Momentum Financials that may involve complex technical parameters, acquisition and technical requirements, procurement and business principles, and similar cost-influencing factors
    • 1 year demonstrated experience with Momentum software development/upgrade/enhancement activities that may include requirements definition, process mapping, development and maintenance of configuration management, system testing supporting Momentum-based financial systems and COGNOS reporting tool
    • Experience in assessing federal financial business processes, developing financial systems options, and implementing systems solution to include demonstrated experience with federal financial management including all aspects of programming, planning, budgeting, execution and/or accounting.
    • Experience conducting analysis that may involve complex technical parameter, acquisition and logistics requirements, schedule constraints, procurement and business principles and similar cost-influencing factors.
    • Experience developing life cycle cost estimates utilizing various methodologies (i.e. parametric, analogous, engineering judgement, etc.)
    • Active TS/SCI security with CI poly clearance
    • Demonstrated experience in schedule, cost risk and benefits analysis.
    • Demonstrated experience implementing financial system in the federal environment from both a systems and functional perspective.
    • Demonstrated experience in system business case development.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $55,600.00 - $130,500.00.
