Position summary

candidate will have strong verbal & written communication skills, attention to detail, absorb information & experiences quickly and apply takeaways, and be able to work well with internal and external partners. Candidates should also be flexible, solution-oriented, and have a customer focused approach.

What You'll Do

  • Resolve vendor tickets on a daily/weekly basis in line with our SLAs

  • Set up and implement promotions as per category manager direction

  • Ensure new vendors / new SKUs are onboarded according to SLAs; troubleshoot issues and advance when vital

  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, private label, finance, catalog and promotion teams

What You'll Need

  • Completion of a BS/BA degree

  • 0-1+ years of experience with a preference in eCommerce, buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance or marketing

  • Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills (Excel, SQL is a plus)

Strong verbal and written communication, self-starter with a bias for action, attention to detail, proven time, data and interpersonal leadership skills.
