What You'll Do
Resolve vendor tickets on a daily/weekly basis in line with our SLAs
Set up and implement promotions as per category manager direction
Ensure new vendors / new SKUs are onboarded according to SLAs; troubleshoot issues and advance when vital
Work cross-functionally with supply chain, private label, finance, catalog and promotion teams
What You'll Need
Completion of a BS/BA degree
0-1+ years of experience with a preference in eCommerce, buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance or marketing
Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills (Excel, SQL is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication, self-starter with a bias for action, attention to detail, proven time, data and interpersonal leadership skills.
