What You'll Do

• Regularly evaluate and communicate expected promotional funding to partners

• Ensure alignment between actual and expected promotional funding by proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies

• Resolve vendor tickets on a daily/weekly basis in line with our SLAs

• Set up and implement promotions as per category manager direction

• Collaborate cross-functionally with category managers, accounts receivable, finance, promotions, and program teams

• Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency

What You'll Need

• Completion of a BS/BA degree desired

• 1+ years of experience with a preference in e-commerce, buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance or marketing

• Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills (Excel, SQL is a plus)

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Self-starter with a bias for action, attention to detail, solid time, data and organizational management skills
