Position summary

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, communicating regularly in both English and Mandarin

  • Manage and resolve vendor tickets in accordance with SLAs

  • Execute promotional setups based on Category Manager direction

  • Support onboarding of new vendors and SKUs; troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Private Label, Finance, Catalog, and Promotions teams

What You'll Need

  • Business-level fluency in Mandarin (required)

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)

  • 1+ years of experience in eCommerce, buying, account management, product management, category management, operations, analytics, finance, or marketing

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel required; SQL is a plus)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Self-starter with a bias for action and a solution-oriented, customer-first mindset

The hourly range for this role is $27.40 - $41.10.

  • The specific hourly range offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k.
