Influence investment choices that will provide long-term innovation for our customers
Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing number of features, while continuing to cultivate and evangelize a fervent culture of invention and innovation.
Recruit, assess, hire, develop, and retain an organization of outstanding UX personnel.
What You'll Need:
10+ years of experience in User Experience Design in a ecommerce retail environment that includes shown ability leading people leaders. Experience leading a team in a high growth environment; prior success with running employees across multiple products and/or programs.
Proven track record in attracting, developing, and motivating the talent needed for current and future business needs. Demonstration of maintaining dedication expectations and leading teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in and handling user experience design groups in large, product-based organizations; with a proven record to consider the impact of their decisions, past their own products.
Proficiency in standard methodologies for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design; practical knowledge of User Centered Design processes and lifecycles; ability to provide and effectively communicate strategic and tactical recommendations based on quantitative/qualitative data and efficient Design practices.
Extensive knowledge of the latest design concepts, new technologies, and other developments in the user experience field.
Efficiency in working across interpersonal boundaries to influence and deliver results.
Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills; the ability to communicate sophisticated concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
Bachelor's, or equivalent degree, in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience within the design field.
Position will require occasional travel.
