Position summary

  • Handle org charts and develop forward-looking corporate calendars for the organization

  • Own the administration of team mechanisms, e.g., 30/30 sheets, MBR inputs

  • Provide high-touch coordination support

  • Plan and serve as a critical point of contact for corporate events (virtual and onsite)

  • Draft and edit communications, documents, and presentations

  • Ad-hoc duties upon request

What You'll Need:

  • 1+ years of related experience, preferably in an ecommerce or technical environment

  • Experience supporting high-level executives in a complex and fast paced environment

  • Strong project management and continuous improvement skills with a data-driven approach

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to take ownership and bring a solution oriented approach

  • Ability to efficiently streamline communication

  • Growth mindset and strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
