Handle org charts and develop forward-looking corporate calendars for the organization
Own the administration of team mechanisms, e.g., 30/30 sheets, MBR inputs
Provide high-touch coordination support
Plan and serve as a critical point of contact for corporate events (virtual and onsite)
Draft and edit communications, documents, and presentations
Ad-hoc duties upon request
What You'll Need:
1+ years of related experience, preferably in an ecommerce or technical environment
Experience supporting high-level executives in a complex and fast paced environment
Strong project management and continuous improvement skills with a data-driven approach
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to take ownership and bring a solution oriented approach
Ability to efficiently streamline communication
Growth mindset and strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
