What You'll Do -
• Identify, prioritize, and convert advertisers across long-tenured and new to Chewy cohorts
• Build processes that scale using segmentation, automation, and one-to-many programs.
• Partner cross-functionally to align on context, priorities, and messaging that drives adoption.
• Lead consultative discussions, translating vendor goals into advertising recommendations.
• Drive a test-and-learn motion to prove impact and unlock follow-on investment.
• Monitor performance signals post-launch and nurture high-upside brands with periodic recommendations to transition from test to scale.
• Improve the activation plan by simplifying workflows and inventing better ways of working.
What You'll Need -
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years experience in digital advertising sales, business development, or consultative selling with measurable new business/activation outcomes.
• Proven ability to build pipeline, run discovery, and move prospects from interest to launch in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills; able to manage high volume while prioritizing impact.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; comfortable working with data and able to quickly learn Tableau (or equivalent BI tools).
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate cross-functionally; continuous improvement mindset.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $176,000.00.

  • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
