, print and apply, compactors/balers. - Adjust scanners, cameras, scales, and printer applicators (PANDA) - Reset, repair, or replace adjustable components (belts, chains, cables) and wearing components (guides, bearings, wheels, rollers, pulleys) - Clean, lubricate, and calibrate equipment - Use appropriate job plans, procedures, and manuals
Maintain and troubleshoot motors, photo eyes, relays, proximity sensors, solenoids, motor starters, encoders, etc.
Assist with basic electronics/ Programmable Logic Controls troubleshooting
Utilize handheld devices or desktop PC to create and close Work Orders with appropriate data (labor hours, downtime, problem/cause/remedy, and parts used)
Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
Follow appropriate safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc.), and ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards
What You'll Need:
Military maintenance experience, serving as enlisted or commissioned.
Proven experience of effectively managing groups of 10 or more team members.
Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills at the tactical level.
Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team.
Strong maintenance skills, specifically in conveyor and electrical.
Successful candidates must have the flexibility to work NIGHTS and/or WEEKENDS.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to stand and /or walk for up to 10 hours daily.
Qualifications:
PC competency and ability to use handheld devices
Familiar with wiring diagrams, symbols, and electrical measuring
Experience in the following areas:
High school diploma or equivalent required
