will be to modernize our reporting and dashboard platform, including: developing the specification, planning and implementation of various Technology Operations and Presentation (TOP) reporting and development projects. These projects will include all stages of dashboard and report generation. This includes data capture, reporting systems, scoping, designing and implementation of various reports and dashboards utilizing PowerBI for the TOP Center. The data for these reports will come from many sources and deep knowledge of correlating various data sources together will be critical to success. The right candidate will then need to produce visualizations that are clear, concise and engaging.
This position will also be responsible for working with software vendors and consultants on new implementations and enhancements required to meet current and future needs of Cinemark's Technology Operations and Presentation department, ensuring they stay in scope and on budget.
This person will be doing development in Service-Now and Visual Studio. A solid background in programming and working through code is important.
This person should stay current on reporting technologies and features that will benefit the department such as Artificial Intelligence driven results and data.
This position will be responsible for documenting all work and assisting in training where required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a key specialist for our Virtual Agent and self-service support in Service-now. This is both for Theaters and our guests.
Implement detailed PowerBI Reports and Dashboards and participate in the development effort for future changes. This will include assisting with scoping and design conversations with various stakeholders both within Cinemark and possibly external vendors.
Capture requirements and develop specifications for new Dashboard and Report projects.
Required to develop specifications and perform coding for TOP reporting.
Perform maintenance and investigate issues and recommend corrective action with the software applications.
Work with Vendors and department members to design, improve, and/or debug the Software applications utilized by Technology Operations and Presentation and Theater Operations.
Assist in the management of various projects, including budgets and timeline.
Ensure that all projects are implemented on time, within budget and meet customer approval.
Must be available to assist in emergencies.
Required to travel as needed.
Required to perform any other duties deemed necessary.
