Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of on and off-site kitchen testing and recipe development, including formal and informal tastings for both culinary team as well as leadership
Meticulous culinary and operational execution development, including new products, recipes and packaging updates
Help coordinate hot foods rollouts, projects and programs, include all Pizza programs, concessions hot foods programs, and multiple restaurant concepts
Manage and grow broker and direct vendor relationships for insights into new products
Reporting and analyzing normal business data to make business critical decisions
Continue the evolution of enhanced food and beverage offerings as well as provide support to help these product categories drive incremental revenue for the company while also enhancing the movie-going experience
Quickly troubleshoot issues as they arise and contribute to new process improvements
Work through new item logistics and training content
