Leadership**
Lead and manage IT operations teams across infrastructure, cloud, networking, end-user support, and automation.
Develop and execute strategies to improve service delivery, system reliability, incident management, and user satisfaction.
Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high performance and accountability.
End-User Experience
Oversee the delivery of IT support services, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience for internal users.
Implement tools and processes to proactively monitor and improve user satisfaction.
Drive initiatives to enhance digital workplace productivity.
Systems & Cloud Infrastructure
Manage enterprise systems including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Networking
Sustain and optimize network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network services.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce network security policies.
Tools & Automation
Champion the adoption of automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
Evaluate and implement ITSM platforms, monitoring tools, and orchestration solutions.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
Service Continuity & Resilience
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Ensure systems and services are resilient to outages and recoverable in a timely manner.
Conduct regular risk assessments and recovery drills.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing complex IT environments including cloud, networking, and enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and modern automation frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and strategic planning.
