llaborate with marketing, social and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Identify influencers across platforms and vet them to ensure the unity between Cinemark's brand, the creators brand, and their audience.
Manage budgets, timelines, set performance goals and brief creators while using data to track results and write wrap reports that optimize and identify keys to success.
Continue ongoing relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and other key stakeholders to build trust & partnerships.
Requirements:
Creative and innovate thinker who can drive results in a fast-paced environment.
7+ years of experience working in influencer marketing at an agency, for a brand, or as a creator.
Experience with industry-based software such as Captive8, Creator IQ.
Solid network of established and emerging creators to partner with.
Working knowledge of creator compensation rates and strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Stay consistent in research of emerging platform and creator trends.
Fearless presentation skills with the abiltiy to build decks, reports and share with conviction.
