This role reports to the Director of F&B Operations and is part of the F&B Operations Team within the Operations Department.
Responsibilities:
Core and Expanded Foods Execution: Collaborate closely with the F&B team to ensure new recipes, products, and programs are clear and intuitive to execute, have clear testing protocols, and results are measured through thoughtful data analysis.
Field Feedback: Engage with field teams to gather constructive feedback, and partner with both field teams and business partners to assess, prioritize, and implement as needed.
F&B Training: Serve as the subject matter expert for F&B training execution, partnering with Operations Training and Learning teams to update and improve training initiatives.
Food Safety: Maintain and enhance food safety programs, identifying opportunities for updates and optimization.
Program Execution: Partner with F&B teams to ensure recipes, products, and programs are intuitive, tested, and measured through data‑driven insights.
Hot Foods & Alcohol Programs: Use field feedback and performance data to optimize execution and collaborate with F&B and Finance teams for continuous improvement.
Measure Results: Evaluate sales performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations through clear, compelling presentations and reports.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (5+ years) in culinary or hospitality management preferred (or equivalent experience with expanded food operations in a theatre or similar entertainment venue).
Experience:
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations while leveraging Power BI and Excel to quickly analyze F&B sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights in a fast‑paced setting.
Driven and Independent: Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively reviewing project updates and milestones with the Director of F&B Ops, taking ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deliverables.
Self**‑**Starter: Proven track record of initiating projects and driving them to successful completion without needing specific direction.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment, adapting to new trends, products, and customer demands with ease.
