• Assist in the development, design, capturing and report preparation of theatre level revenues and costs to enhance profitability of theatre operations including:

• Concession revenues and costs, cost of goods sold, and theatre labor for food and beverage

• Interact with food and beverage departments to interpret financial data and reports, gain understanding of data, and provide information and ideas to enhance profitability

• Maintain, generate, and review on-going analytical projects for senior management and food and beverage as well as operations

• Monthly maintenance, generation, and review of on-going analytical projects for senior management and operations

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and information for Board meetings and other financial presentations

• Provide supporting documentation and information for Earnings Release Calls and SEC Filings

• Load and maintain certain Essbase databases, as well as theatre statistics and attributes, on a regular basis

• Provide ad hoc analysis as needed

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for food and beverage

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial models

What You Will Need To Have:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 3 years job related experience

• Minimum of advanced level of MS Excel experience (3 years)

• Experience in Windows Environment, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and Word

• Problem-solving and research abilities

• Ability to learn quickly, multitask and meet report deadlines

• Strong communication skills, oral and written

• Broad knowledge of financial concepts, procedures and practices

• Ability to understand complex financial concepts

• Demonstrated analytical skills

• Detail oriented

• Team player

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics a plus

• Essbase, SQL, OLAP, or multi-dimensional database experience a plus
