Assist in the development, design, capturing and report preparation of theatre level revenues and costs to enhance profitability of theatre operations including:
Concession revenues and costs, cost of goods sold, and theatre labor for food and beverage
Interact with food and beverage departments to interpret financial data and reports, gain understanding of data, and provide information and ideas to enhance profitability
Maintain, generate, and review on-going analytical projects for senior management and food and beverage as well as operations
Monthly maintenance, generation, and review of on-going analytical projects for senior management and operations
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and information for Board meetings and other financial presentations
Provide supporting documentation and information for Earnings Release Calls and SEC Filings
Load and maintain certain Essbase databases, as well as theatre statistics and attributes, on a regular basis
Provide ad hoc analysis as needed
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for food and beverage
Assist in preparing and analyzing financial models
What You Will Need To Have:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years job related experience
Minimum of advanced level of MS Excel experience (3 years)
Experience in Windows Environment, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and Word
Problem-solving and research abilities
Ability to learn quickly, multitask and meet report deadlines
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Broad knowledge of financial concepts, procedures and practices
Ability to understand complex financial concepts
Demonstrated analytical skills
Detail oriented
Team player
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics a plus
Essbase, SQL, OLAP, or multi-dimensional database experience a plus
