n/Small Appliance Service Requests
Emergency on call duty every two months for 1 week
Regular interaction with theatre management
Prioritize theatre service requests
Oversee specific construction trades service request costs and service performance
Act as representative of facilities team to theatre management and vendors
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years HVAC experience
Must have strong knowledge of pricing
Excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Facilities maintenance/construction experience and/or education is an asset
Theater operation knowledge and experience an asset
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Superior problem-solving and communication skills
Great work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to learn web-based software applications quickly
General knowledge of HVAC&R repairs, repair completion time (prioritizing urgent issues), product/parts and pricing
Proficient at Microsoft office, Outlook, Word, Excel, pivot tables V-look up, Formulas.
Texas HVAC registration card.
Travel required 4 trips a year approximately 1-week duration ea. (equip Retrofits)
