ot application issues, identify workarounds, and appropriately prioritize them in the development backlog. Create end user documentation for the applications and provide support and training for end users. Maintain working knowledge of relevant technology requirements, trends, and new developments which could impact business operations, including conducting relevant research and recommending new products and services to business stakeholders. Coordinate the implementation of application development projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of experience overseeing the installation, configuration, and testing of new systems; theatre IT Project management; and analyzing business needs and/or requests, and recommending technical solutions for adequate resolution.
