Responsibilities
Travel to assigned theaters to complete new installations, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and projects. Occasional travel outside of the assigned geographic area may be required for special projects.
When not traveling selected candidate will work from home on various projects using company provided computer and phone.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, network equipment, digital signage, and digital cinema (TMS) equipment.
Work with Cinemark TOP Support Center to provide escalated troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Work with Theater managers on proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED.
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and Windows Server).
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Driver's License and personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Preferred Requirements
Technical or Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, OR equivalent work experience.
IT Certification(s) related to position.
Good understanding of Cisco networking.
Experience with Cinema equipment including computer systems, POS, Projection, and other systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility and ability to work independently.
