Ensure application of best practices and compliance with HQ determinations, periodically reporting key indicators of the area and actively participation in weekly teleconferences;
Manage high complexity environments, managing business dependency of IT and related risks;
Assisting business and systems areas to address needs and opportunities, including investments and efficient use of existing or new technologies;
Ensure innovation in IT infrastructure through process, product or service improvements.
Requirements:
Microsoft and Linux operating systems; VMware Virtualization; AD and DNS; Monitoring tools; Backup technologies and processes; antivirus; Cloud platforms (Azure and / or AWS); Office 365 and SaaS tools;
Cisco Networking: UCS, routers, switches (Nexus), firewall, Wireless and IP Telephony.
Relational and BI database
10 years of experience in IT, with 5 in leadership positions.
Microsoft and Cisco certifications. Desirable ITIL and / or COBIT.
Project management, change management, IT governance, IT operation and customer support services
Integration of systems, analysis of logs and audit trails, architecture of web solutions
