The Senior Category Manager, Food & Beverage - Non-Alcoholic Beverages will report directly to the Director of Core Beverages.
Responsibilities:
Identifies key opportunities to drive sales and basket size through assortment, promotions, bundles, customer experience enhancements, and operations execution
Analyze and track key program metrics
Develop selling presentations to support program initiatives and updates to Food & Beverage leadership
Manage day-to-day relationships with NAB partners
Collaborate on the operational support of Cinemark NAB Equipment and products
Work closely with Theatres to troubleshoot and resolve local NAB issues
Work with NAB partners to ensure continuous supply movement
Work with NAB partners to align on NAB Brand initiatives and In-Theatre promotions that support category growth and meet NAB Brand goals
Partner with F&B eCommerce team to assist in development of eCommerce programs
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
7+ years of direct and hands-on experience in food and beverage category management
Beverage category management experience or knowledge is a plus
Food and Beverage Operations experience is a plus
Experience with planogram software a plus
Strategic planning and creative thinking in driving continued category growth
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, for external and internal purposes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
