• Define strategic initiatives that align with emerging technologies and corporate objectives

• Ensure the seamless operation, integration, and enhancement of financial applications to meet evolving business needs

• Support the execution of financial systems strategy, including full scale implementation of new systems and the ongoing enhancement of existing systems and processes driving towards standardization and compliance

• Drive process improvement initiatives as they relate to financial systems and processes

• Oversee compliance, security, and best practices in financial system management

• Facilitate interdepartmental communication and understanding between functional system end users and application development teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Accounting/Finance

• Certified Public Accountant preferred

• 10+ years of Enterprise Systems Management

• Business Process Management Experience

• Conversational Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Effective communication skills

• Skilled at conflict resolution and cross-functional business partnership

• Track record of attracting, retaining and developing high-performing teams

• Experience working with global teams

• Demonstrates working knowledge of technical accounting concepts and familiarity with the Latin American tax environment and statutory reporting requirements

• Proficiency in application development, data relationships and essential controls to ensure strong data governance and integrity

• In-depth understanding of integration protocols, framework and tools commonly used to support system connectivity and data transfers

• Lean/Six Sigma mindset to foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Comprehension of effective internal controls framework required to support financial reporting

• Awareness of business process interdependencies and impact of downstream and upstream changes

• Architectural understanding of Workday and Anaplan, or comparable best of bread ERP, HRIS and EPM solutions

• Intermediate proficiency in MSSQL
