Lead investigations and recommend resolutions for all low and medium severity level cases, supports HRBP with high level severity investigations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on complex HR issues, providing consultation and support to leadership and staff.
Provide expert advice to management on HR related issues. This could involve advising on the best practices for grievance resolution, employee engagement or strategies for improving our culture.
Evaluate various courses of action and make informed decisions based on these assessments. Use independent discretion to select the most effective approach to resolve complex employee relations issues.
Develops and implements HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and training to staff on best practices.
Analyzes HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision making, and recommend improvements to HR leadership.
Partner with the Learning team and HRBP in facilitating leadership training and development programs to enhance managerial skills and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborates with senior management to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning and succession planning.
Oversees employee engagement initiatives, conducting surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement action plans.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5+ years of human resource experience preferred
SHRM-CP a plus
