Maintain physical security system controls by establishing protocols in coordination with theatre leadership teams.
Research, analyze and develop modifications to process to improve physical security related issues. Review with Legal and Fraud departments as needed
Ensure the proper functioning of the facility safes by monitoring and training on protocols, addressing functionality issues, working with vendors on repairs and costs, collaborating with Treasury on access and deposit issues, and maintaining proper access controls
Maintain system health by developing strategies for new builds and remodels, monitoring and addressing issues, ensuring legal compliance, working with vendors on repairs and costs, considering equipment upgrades, and conducting weekly reviews.
Review and research all termination alerts to ensure legal appropriateness and address and train on any issues
Follow up on all false alarm issues and address and train on any corrective actions needed.
Work with vendors to ensure proper work and costing, challenging unnecessary expenses.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong working knowledge of technical security systems general operation and requirements
Microsoft Office Suite (Additional training in Outlook & Excel a plus)
Adaptability in navigating various software systems used by Loss Prevention
