Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and enforce global treasury policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the business
Oversee global cash flow forecasting, ensuring adequate liquidity to support operational and strategic needs
Actively participate in debt issuance, refinancing, credit facility negotiations, and other capital markets activities to optimize the company's capital structure
Maintain proactive dialogue and enhance relationships with credit agencies to optimize credit ratings
Manage relationships with banking partners and treasury service providers, ensuring competitive rates and high service levels
Conduct routine business reviews with service providers to identify opportunities and address emerging risks or trends
Direct the development and execution of hedging strategies (foreign exchange and interest rate), monitor financial exposures, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
Oversee all credit card processing operations, including monitoring fraud and chargeback activity, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to maintain secure and efficient processes
Evaluate emerging payment trends and recommend innovative payment solutions
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and automate treasury processes and controls across all locations, enhance policies, reporting tools, and data quality, and maintain operational excellence
Provide oversight of corporate travel and expenses (T&E) and purchasing card (P-Card) programs, evaluating and driving expansion of these programs globally
Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights to executive leadership regarding treasury performance and strategic initiatives
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and drive treasury-related projects
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the treasury function
Identify and support the professional development needs of team members, promoting continuous learning and skill advancement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or closely related discipline; CPA/CFA preferred
Extensive track record, with over 15 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury or finance, including proven success in leadership roles and strategic decision-making
Demonstrated experience in capital markets, liquidity management, and debt and equity financing
Strong executive presence and relationship-building abilities, fostering productive partnerships at all organizational levels as well as with external parties
Superior communication skills, with the ability to distill and convey complex financial concepts clearly to a broad range of audiences, driving impactful, action-oriented outcomes
Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple, complex initiatives in a dynamic environment
Experience working within multinational corporations; familiarity with the Latin America region is highly desirable
