for Accuplacer and proctor training.
Administer the CASAS test at offsite locations.
Ensure compliance with rules, regulations and procedures related to (HiSET, GED, CLEP, Accuplacer, HWPS, IC3, TEAS, Blackboard placement and challenge exams, DL, Make-up, TABE, and computerized classes).
Design, implements and enforces test security procedures, student records, and test material confidentiality.
Prepare agendas, statistical reports, informational literature, correspondence and other documents.
Respond to requests for testing information from students, college staff and the general public.
Troubleshoot minor computer hardware and software problems, report and correct irregularities and implement procedures to prevent recurrence of issues.
Provide student services including reviewing and authorizing requests for testing, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Perform other related similar duties and level as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree; three (3) years of experience in teaching, training, counseling or testing; and experience working with special needs individuals and supporting documentation.
You must complete the Accuplacer, College Level Examination Program (CLEP), GED, HiSET, and ATI TEAS certifications within 6 months of employment.
