Design, implement, and maintain systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting program and student data.
Coordinate data reporting for internal use, accreditation, licensure compliance, and state/federal reporting requirements.
Document and map program-level processes and workflows to support consistency, training, and knowledge transfer among faculty and staff.
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce redundancy, and support data-informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, forms, templates, and tools using CNM-supported technologies (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Brightspace, Argos).
Collaborate with faculty and staff to assess system and data needs, co-design solutions, and provide training and support.
Serve as a liaison with institutional research, data strategy, ITS, and other CNM departments to ensure data integrity and alignment with college-wide systems.
Monitor program operations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or training needs related to systems and processes.
Implement data security protocols to ensure compliance with institutional policies.
Stay current on trends and technologies related to educational data systems, teacher preparation standards, and process improvement.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support educator preparation and early childhood program operations.
Minimum Qualifcations:
Associate's degree in education, business administration, information systems, data analytics, instructional design, or a related field.
OR
Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, information systems, data analytics, instructional design, or related field.
Experience in data analysis and reporting, process documentation, and workflow analysis.
Preferences
Master's degree education, business administration, information systems, data analytics, instructional design, or related discipline.
Demonstrated success in designing and maintaining data systems, dashboards, or digital workflows, and proficiency with institutional data tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Workday, Brightspace, or similar platforms.
Experience facilitating process improvement.
Experience working in or supporting educator preparation programs, teacher licensure pathways, or early childhood education.
Familiarity with state and national accreditation standards and processes for educational programs.
Strong commitment to equity in education and interest in systems that support inclusive, culturally responsive educator preparation.
