Plans, organizes and executes various events, both recurring and as needed.
Produces and presents various written and oral presentations and other content to diverse groups, including potential students, employers, industry leaders, and various community stakeholder organizations.
Works closely with academic departments, sales, program, and marketing teams to analyze and continually refine and implement successful strategies to reach and recruit various populations into programs.
Represents CNM and programs at public events, sometimes working outside regular hours.
Oversees documentation and analysis of outreach efforts.
Identifies and seeks out opportunities to collaborate with local companies and interest groups to increase partnership and create pipelines for recruitment and placement of program completers.
Building networking relationships with industry stakeholders to create understanding and involvement at programmatic level to develop and maintain industry driven competencies.
Demonstrated ability in critical thinking, tolerance of ambiguity, and strong interpersonal skills.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years' of combined experience in Sales, Marketing, Outreach, Higher Education, Public Relations, and/or Fundraising.
Associates degree and four (4) years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Outreach, Higher Education, Public Relations, and/or Fundraising.
Preferences
Experience organizing and promoting large events, ideally in an educational or trades-focused environment.
Demonstrated success in outreach, particularly in recruiting underrepresented groups, into trades programs or workforce development programs.
Experience with developing reports and presentations to assess and communicate program outcomes.
