Perform general office responsibilities, including data entry and retrieval, manual and electronic processing, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, protocols, and OSHA standards, and wear personal protective gear if required.
Provide guidance to students by referring them to appropriate resources within CNM.
Offer explanations and interpretations of CNM policies, procedures, and programs through several communication channels, including telephone, in-person interactions, and online platforms.
Perform a variety of general office responsibilities such as data entry, retrieval, manual and electronic processing, and answering telephones.
Perform other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent AND Two (2) years of experience
Experience as a student employee is considered
A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements of the position
Preferences:
Experience in Enrollment Services
