    Position summary

    • Perform general office responsibilities, including data entry and retrieval, manual and electronic processing, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks.

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, protocols, and OSHA standards, and wear personal protective gear if required.

    • Provide guidance to students by referring them to appropriate resources within CNM.

    • Offer explanations and interpretations of CNM policies, procedures, and programs through different communication channels, including telephone, in-person interactions, and online platforms.

    • Perform a variety of general office responsibilities such as data entry, retrieval, manual and electronic processing, and answering telephones.

    • Perform other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • AND

    • Two (2) years of experience

    • Experience as a student employee is considered

    • A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements of the position

    • Schedule Monday-Thursday 10 am-7 pm, Friday 8 am -5 pm

    • Preference: Bilingual in Spanish and English
