    • Assist in the processing of equity compensation through local payroll, including preparation of inputs, validation of payroll outputs, and ensuring transactions are accurately reflected.

    • Track and reconcile tax settlements related to long-term incentives, ensuring amounts are properly reflected, collected, or refunded through payroll.

    • Manage intercompany funding for equity-related payroll transactions, including raising funding requests and processing settlements to return excess funds to the brokerage account.

    • Perform balance sheet reconciliations for mobility-related income items, equity funding and payments, and employee receivables, ensuring accuracy and proper control.

    • Develop and maintain standardized processes, controls, and documentation, applying Operational Excellence principles to improve efficiency and compliance.

    • Track and monitor KPIs for mobility inputs and equity reporting, focusing on timeliness, accuracy, and overall process efficiency.

    What We're Looking For:

    • We are seeking an accounting and/or payroll professional with experience in multi-country payroll operations to support mobility and equity-related processes.

    • Self-driven and detail-oriented individual, able to work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across different teams.

    • Degree qualified.

    • Professional accounting qualification from a recognized body ( CPA / CIMA / ACCA).

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or payroll within a shared services environment or a Big 4 or similar professional services firm, supporting multi-country payroll operations, with working knowledge of APAC tax and social security regulations and exposure to mobility or equity programs.

    • Ability to establish and define processes, interdependencies, and key controls, driving continuous improvement to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of payroll operations.

    • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel, with working knowledge of Workday.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse countries and cultures.
