e Commercial execution aspects, ensuring that the Franchise Operations Director and respective bottlers are supplied with necessary materials.
Serve as a program support leader, assisting in the execution of national and regional initiatives alongside the Franchise Operations Senior Director and Director.
Act as a critical liaison for franchise planning and executing collaborations with bottlers, including Market Integration Teams (MITs), market visits, bottler conferences, and sales meetings.
Communicate with internal stakeholders across the franchise unit, Operating Unit (OU) functions, and bottlers, as well as engage with external customers, advisors, and other crucial parties.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years of relevant marketing and commercial experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Proven knowledge of marketing principles and operational execution.
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Initiative, eagerness to learn, strategic mindset, and high adaptability.
Expertise in commercial planning, channel/shopper marketing, process management, system economics, and analytical thinking required.
Broad expertise in value to market, revenue growth management, financial acumen, and bottler operations/system knowledge desirable.
