    • You will need to master global brand architectures and standards, local human insights and media landscape (especially digital) to fuel creativity, inspire partners and maintain consistency in consumer brand experiences.

    • Develop and manage agency partners, capability and process to produce increasingly effective creative strategies, content, amplification and innovation ideas.

    • Continuously measure, learn and share the effectiveness of our marketing from research and data.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • 10 years+ experience leading creative strategy, development and execution across established in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mongolia - with focus on FMCG businesses are preferred. Additional experience in other industries and geographies will be great.
    • Experience leading and working in large multi-functional and cross-geography teams.
    • Both agency-side strategic planning plus client-side brand or creative strategy experience is ideal.
    • English/Chinese fluency is required to effectively operate in globally networked marketing model and to understand local insights.
