Serve as a liaison between the HR community, the Employee Experience Hub, and technology teams, to be the main point of contact, support project implementation, provide data insights, and improve user experience.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments, maintaining an up-to-date map of all digital solutions.
Program Management:
Provide program management and Scrum Master services to HR technology teams, advocating Agile methodologies and offering user training and support.
Support financial processes and maintain metrics and KPIs for the HR Solutions organization.
Champion the execution and continuous enhancement of Portfolio Governance, driving its maturity and alignment with our strategic objectives.
Enterprise Platforms:
Liaison for implementation, maintenance, and enhancements of enterprise platforms for the Employee Experience Hub, including Microsoft Dynamics, Azure DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, and other enterprise technologies, while providing troubleshooting and support.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred.
Related Work Experience:
Requires a minimum of 10 years of overall work experience in relevant areas.
Experience in human resource management processes and systems.
Experience in all aspects of project management of Technology and non-Technology related projects.
Experience balancing immediate and short-term needs and delivering results.
