    • Lead comprehensive topline performance analyses to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for growth.

    Operational Excellence and Performance Tracking

    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to monitor business performance, ensuring KPIs and other critical metrics are tracked effectively.

    • Prepare and lead Monthly Business Review sessions with Operations and OU (Operating Unit) Senior Management to discuss and analyze performance, enabling tactical decisions to meet annual Business Plan (BP) targets.

    • Evaluate existing processes to recommend and implement improvements, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with future business needs.

    Data Analytics and Digital Transformation

    • Leverage advanced analytics and digital tools to drive finance digitalization and automation efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    • Champion the organization's data analytics journey-transforming complex data into sharp, actionable insights through advanced data storytelling.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership

    • Act as a key partner to Franchise GMs and multi-functional teams to drive financial outcomes and strategic alignment.

    • Lead business planning efforts and align strategic priorities with long- and short-term organizational goals.

    • Collaborate across Franchise teams, Bottlers, OU Finance and Marketing teams, and Platform Services to ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability in decision-making.

    Communication Focus

    • This role is responsible for partnering internally as well as externally to effectively drive financial outcomes, as well as to build alignment on key initiatives and metrics, with a focus on communication to:

    • Franchise GMs, Operation Directors and Operation Managers

    • Bottlers local management leadership (finance, commercial etc.)

    • OU finance leadership and teams

    • Other teams under network organization (OU Customer and Commercial Leadership, Strategy, Marketing teams and Platform Service teams)

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or above.

    • 10+ years of relevant experience in business planning or data analytic roles

    • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on storytelling using data-ability to synthesize and present dense information in a clear, actionable way tailored to diverse audiences.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; ability to evaluate alternatives and recommend fact-based, win-win solutions.

    • Agile way of learning and working with strong curiosity to business. Keep a proactive approach in addressing business challenges.

    • Experience driving digital transformation or advanced finance automation initiatives is a key advantage.
